Working as a Team
The company works with many specialist partners to deliver solutions, including acoustics, building modelling and BREEAM. As a small to medium sized company, we recognise the strength of outsource partnerships and value their contribution.
We like to work closely with our clients and all team members to develop the most appropriate, high quality engineering solution that is reflective of the client needs and the future sustainable needs of the environment. We pride ourselves, and measure our success, by being able to retain Clients and build on existing relationships.
Furness Green Partnership’s performance is based on the expertise and experience of our highly skilled, trained and client focused engineers.
For each project, a dedicated project principal remains involved with the whole team from the conceptual stages to project completion. We believe this ensures high standards of work and the delivery of a seamless service to clients. Staff are allocated to projects based on the specific needs of the project, rather than the basis of the fee arrangement. Project needs are reviewed every Monday morning at an internal Workload meeting. Resources are therefore quickly allocated to ensure the delivery of all.
