We are pleased to announce the submission of the planning application for a 24 storey, 550 bed (approx) Student Accommodation scheme in Birmingham for which Furness Green have produced the Building Services Engineering design including energy and lift strategy.  The team, working for Reuben and Morgan (and representative Les Willimont), include DCSK Architects (Paul Sutliff and James Khamsi) and Curtains for the structural engineering.

Etude have worked with us in developing a BREEAM excellent rating for the project.
